ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking information.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, Paulette's Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty and PMU products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
✓ Your order number
✓ Photos of the product
✓ Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)
We'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
LOST PACKAGES
Once your package has been shipped, responsibility for delivery belongs to the shipping carrier.
If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, we'll gladly help you file a claim whenever possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings or manufacturer updates.
