Welcome to Paulette's Beauty Studio. Please review our policy, eligibility, pre-treatment, and aftercare guidelines carefully before reserving your appointment. Following these directly impacts the safety, comfort, and final result of your PMU experience.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services to our valued clients. With our team of skilled professionals and our commitment to using high-quality products, we strive to enhance your natural beauty and boost your confidence. For that reason, it is very important to read our policy carefully before booking.

THE RULES THAT PROTECT EVERY APPOINTMENT.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

  • NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

    All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which will be credited toward the total cost of your treatment.

  • CASH PREFERRED

    The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment

  • CARD PAYMENTS

    If you prefer to pay by card, please note that an additional 10% service charge will apply.

RESCHEDULING & GUEST RULES

  • 48-HOUR NOTICE

    To reschedule or change your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit.

  • RESCHEDULING LIMIT

    You are only allowed to change or cancel your appointment once.

  • NO GUESTS ALLOWED
    Due to cross-contamination risks, noise, and limited space, no children or extra guests are allowed on the day of your appointment. No exceptions

  • BOOKING POLICIES
    ​If a rescheduled appointment is more than 30 days after the original appointment date, a new deposit will be required.

RESULTS & AFTERCARE DISCLAIMER

  • VARYING RESULTS

    Final results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, medications, facial structure, and existing brow hair.

  • 70% CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

    Pre and post-care instructions will be emailed to you upon booking. Following these rules accounts for 70% of your final healed result — strict adherence is the client's responsibility.​

ARRIVAL & LATENESS POLICY

  • GRACE PERIOD

    We offer a strict 10-minute grace period for arrivals.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

  • NO-SHOWS

    ​If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will lose your deposit and will not be allowed to book any future appointments with us.

PREVIOUS COSMETIC WORK

  • APPROVAL REQUIRED
    If you have previous permanent makeup done by another artist, you must send a clear photograph of your makeup-free eyebrows for approval before booking. Not all previous work can be touched up or covered.

  • ADDITIONAL FEE
    Approved cover-up or correction work requires more time and carries an extra cost of $100.00.

  • UNANNOUNCED PREVIOUS WORK
    If you arrive with previous work without notifying us beforehand, your appointment will be immediately canceled and your deposit will be lost.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS

  • MINIMUM AGE

    Must be 18 years or older.

  • PREGNANCY & NURSING

    Not available for individuals who are currently pregnant or lactating.

  • GENERAL SICKNESS

    If you are currently feeling unwell (cold, cough, fever, etc.), please call us directly to reschedule.​

  • BLEEDING TENDENCY
    Not recommended for individuals who bleed easily, as this directly affects final results.

MEDICATIONS, ALLERGIES & SKIN CONDITIONS

  • MEDICATIONS

    Not available for individuals with a known allergy to lidocaine, nickel, or cosmetic pigments.

  • ALLERGIE

    Only eligible if you have completely finished your radiation treatments and have official approval from your doctor.

  • SKIN DISEASES

    Not recommended if you have dermatitis, active skin diseases, or a history of keloid scarring.

  • RECENT BOTOX
    Avoid booking if you have had Botox within the last month (or plan to get it next month).

  • RECENT FACIAL TREATMENTSAvoid booking if you have undergone any facial treatments in the last 3 weeks.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS (DOCTOR'S CONSENT REQUIRED)

  • DIABETES

    Only accepted with written medical consent from your doctor.

  • CANCER

    Only eligible if you have completely finished your radiation treatments and have official approval from your doctor.

  • HEART PROBLEMS & HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

    Please consult with your doctor before booking.

  • EPILEPSY / SEIZURES
    Not eligible if you have epilepsy or have experienced fainting/seizures in the past few days.

  • IMMUNE SYSTEM DISEASES
    Not recommended for individuals with compromised immune systems.

  • BLOOD-BORNE CONDITIONS
    Not applicable for individuals with transmissible conditions such as Hepatitis or HIV.

NOTICE FOR PREVIOUS COSMETIC WORK

​    If you have previous work that is very dark or poorly designed, we          need to review it first. Please send a clear photograph of the area          before scheduling so we can determine if we can proceed.

PREPARE FOR A PERFECT SESSION.

Follow this guide closely. It directly affects how well your pigment heals and holds.

YOUR JOURNEY TO PERFECT RESULTS.

Proper aftercare is essential to protect your skin and ensure the best outcome. Follow these step-by-step instructions carefully during the first week to support your healing process.

AFTER CARE

Wash every 2 hours and apply ointment after each wash, if treatment was done after 4:00 PM cover with plastic sheeting for sleeping.
