- Microblading is a semi-permanent manual method. It is done using a fine blade to deposit pigments into the epidermis. Because we are impacting color closer to the surface, the strokes appear crisp and fine. This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present. People suffering from alopecia or any other condition that causes hair loss benefit greatly from Microblading, as well as people who simply are not happy with their eyebrows. The pigments used in this method have been formulated to match your original eyebrow color, and if the eyebrows are still present, blend perfectly into them. The results are a natural, flawless, fuller-looking brow. Initially, the brows appear darker but fade significantly over a two-week period. It is crucial to have a touch up done, as it is very difficult to predict how well the skin will retain the pigment.

It is like a tattoo but the difference to the tattoo is that semipermanent make up is not that deep as tattoo. They use ink, and for semipermanent procedures we use pigments. Pigments will never change the color of your eyebrows to pink, green, blue, etc. This kind of techniques are more superficial and natural. Semipermanent techniques last about 6-36 months depending on the service, skin type, activities, after care and lifestyle. The pigment for semipermanent make up fades over time. This allow us to change shape, or color when tendency changes.

This form of eyebrow style does not include any hair like strokes to mimic the look of natural brow hair. Instead this technique requires complete shading of the brow, from the head to the tail. The ombre/powder brow can be compared to brows when filled in with makeup. The head starts out light and gradually fades darker all the way to the end of the tail. This style is for those looking for a fierce and sharp look.

- Yes. Within the first two weeks of the initial procedure the color fades as much as 30-40% and the eyebrow might look patchy and uneven. After this period, typically between 4-8 weeks, a follow-up appointment is done. The touch-up procedure is much less time consuming as the initial one. As well, any changes you would like to make may be discussed.

The first touch up is very necessary between 4-12 weeks from your initial appointment depending the service. At the touch up appointment we will make any necessary changes needed, as color, shape, etc. This session is called Perfection. The pigment fades overtime but it varies from person to person. It is recommended to get another session until the first year or maybe two years. The more the pigment fades the better before of doing another session. There are several factors that are important in the retention of the pigment:
- Skin Type: Oily skin fades more than any other skin
- Pigment Color: Lighter colors fades easily
- Sun Exposure: Exposure to the sun causes discoloration of the pigment.
- Lifestyle: Exercise and excessive sweating affect the retention
- Organism and Illness

Unfortunately, we cannot. It is impossible to predict how the skin will react in each individual and many factors are taken into consideration; skin type, age, scarring, diet, stress levels, facial products used, etc. These all play a key role in how the pigment will hold, which is why it is crucial to know that more than one touch up may be required.
